FAQs about our rebrand

1. What is your new brand name and what does it mean?

Our new name, Petgevity, embodies our mission: to offer tailored pet insurance and to promote proactive pet health and wellbeing educationempowering you to extend the longevity, fulfilment and enjoyment of your pet’s life. 

 

2. Will the rebrand affect my current policy?

No need to do anything – you’ll continue to enjoy the same great pet insurance as before, just under a different name. 

Your policy is still active, and your cover levels are staying the same. Moving forward, you’ll see ‘Petgevity’ on your card/direct debit payments to us. 

 

3. Will the underwriter change following the rebrand?

No, this is just a name change and our underwriter will remain the same.  

 

4. Will there be any changes to pricing because of the rebrand?

No, the rebrand will not impact your existing policy price. 

 

5. Who will be managing my policy after the rebrand?

Your policy will continue to be managed by us as normal. 

 

6. What measures are being taken to ensure a smooth transition?

We have taken every step to avoid any negative impact on our customers. You still have the same support from our team via webchat, emails, and calls if you need us.

7. Will there be any changes to customer support during or after the rebrand? Who can I contact if I have any issues?

There will be no change to customer support so you can expect to receive the same great service from us via chat or phone.

8. How will my personal data and privacy be protected during this process?

How your personal data is managed and kept secure won’t be affected by the name change. Visit our privacy policy page to find out more whilst we transition to Petgevity. 

 

9. Will there be any changes to the terms and conditions of my policy? If so, how will I be informed of any changes?

There will be no change to the terms and conditions of your policy. 

 

10. How do I update my online account password if I’ve forgotten this?

To update your password for your online account with us: 

  • Click ‘log in’ in the website menu 
  • Choose ‘Forgot your password?’ 
  • Put in your email address and choose ‘Reset your password’ 
  • Follow the instructions in the reset password email  

Don’t forget to check your spam/junk folder as reset emails sometimes go there. 

 

11. I’ve saved the old website address in my web browser, what do I do?

Please save our new website address, petgevity.co.uk, in your web browser. 

 

12. What happens if I want to cancel my policy after the rebrand?

You can cancel your policy following the usual process. Please contact our support team via chat in your online account or by emailing us at info@petsure.com. 

 

13. What happens if I have a claim, or need to submit a claim?

Your claim will be processed as normal but any future comms will be sent under our new name Petgevity. You can still submit a claim via your online account.
